Feriha and Emir - episode 4 summary

Hande locks the door and the two remain inside, blocked. Emir and Feriha start talking about themselves, but although Feriha intends to tell Emir the truth about her origins, she still pretends to be rich and hides her social background.
Hande goes at Koray's and finds him with Gunce. She imediately realizes that they are having a love affair and thinks how she could profit out of this information. Later Koray and Gunce come and unlock Emir and Feriha from the classroom.

At Feriha's, everybody is worried because her mobile phone didn't have signal while being locked inside. Riza goes in the countryside to sell a piece of land that he owned so that he can find money to pay Mehmet's debt for the damaged car.
 Zehra wants to sell her gold bracelets too.

At the university Hande starts spreading gossips about Feriha and Emir having spent a long time together locked in the classroom. Feriha, being very angry at this, beats Hande and risks to lose the scholarship. Hande is in love with Emir and she desperately tries to separate him from Feriha and to throw mud at her. Some colleagues recorded the fight on their mobile phones, so the video is soon published on the Internet.

Cansu sees the film. Previously, Cansu had a nervous breakdown and her parents are talking about it and about the fact that they should speak with a doctor and their daughter should take some pills.

Koray invites Feriha to an event that will take place at night in the Hills club, owned by Unal Sarrafoglu, Emir's father. In the beginning Feriha says that she can't come, but later she thinks what lie to say to her mother. She takes one of Cansu's dresses (Cansu often gave her clothes if she didn't like them anymore) in her purse and lies to Zehra that she will sleep at Cansu's during that night. When she appears at the Hills, in a violet sleeveless short dress and high heeled boots, everybody is startled by her beauty.

I still have hope (Umut and Ozan) - episode 1 summary

Umut lives with a large family in a rather poor neighborhood of Istanbul. She is frequently scolded by Musa, her elder step-brother, who is influenced against her by the twin step-sisters Yelda and Selda. She works in a well known beauty salon where one of the stable customers is Ms. Asude, the owner of a models and actrices agency. Hale is Umut's best friend and co-worker.

One day Asude has to provide some girls for an event taking place during that evening and she takes Umut and her colleagues because her models are not available. Ozan, the son of a rich businessman comes to this event and accidentally meets Umut, falling in love with her at first sight. Seeing that Umut is followed by Mete, Asude's husband, who thinks he could have a love affair with her, he pretends he is Umut's boyfriend and manages to get rid of the insistent Mete. This is how Ozan and Umut start a conversation and begin to know each other. During this short dialogue, Ozan learns that Umut doesn't like rich men because she thinks they are mean and selfish. Musa calls her and she has to go. Being in a hurry, she drops a small necklace on the floor, by mistake. Ozan takes it but Umut has already left home by car.

The next day Ozan comes to the beauty salon and persuades the owner to hire him telling him that he made a bet with his father and if he wins, he will get 5000 Turkish lira and will share the sum with the salon's owner. In this way Ozan can be with Umut and he tries to know her better. They even walk together after the working hours, but Ozan lies to her that he is a poor young man living in a poor house (he shows her an old house telling her that he lives there).

In this first episode we also find out that Mete has a young girlfriend, Leila, and he intends to divorce Asude, the twins Yelda and Selda dream to become actrices, Yelda has a secret boyfriend, Mayfur, Zeliha (Umut's mother) has killed her first husband and many other little details. The episode ends when Musa, who owns a coffeeshop, hears from Yelda and from some of his customers that Umut has a boyfriend. One night, he waits for Umut outside their home and sees her being kissed by Ozan. So, he gets very angry and takes a knife out of his pocket ...

Iffet episode 10 summary

Everybody is shocked of Gulin's pregnancy. Cemil goes home where he behaves politely with Betul, then he goes for a ride by taxi with his father in law, Salih. They stop on the sea shore and they talk together. Cemil wants to demonstrate Salih that he doesn't care about them and he won't do what they want, so he throws the taxi cab in the sea water. Considering that he has no choice, he and his mother, Asuman, move to his wife's house.

Iffet goes to Serpil, her friend, to tell her the news. Then she tells Saime about Gulin's being pregnant (in fact Gulin lied just to prevent Ali Ihsan's wedding with Iffet). Everybody go to the hospital to see what Erhan is doing, but he is still in a deep sleep, unconscious.

Iffet gives back to Ali Ihsan the engagement ring thinking that he would take Gulin as his wife, now that they are going to have a baby. Erhan wakes up but he still can't talk. When his elder brother comes to visit him, he types on the mobile phone that Gulin isn't pregnant. Learning the truth, Ali Ihsan asks her to do a pregnancy test right away, since they are in the hospital. Gulin refuses and starts crying.

After a short while Ali Ihsan and Iffet are having their wedding ceremony, at Ali's big house. Cemil and Betul watch Iffet on the window when she is taken from home. Nil invited Cemil at his father's wedding and he comes trying to seduce her. The episode ends when Iffet finds Nil and Cemil kissing.
